Fresh Herbs 101 Workshop
 
This fun and informative workshop focuses on the use of fresh herbs in three versatile, no-cook recipes. These recipes can be used in lots of different ways to incorporate herbs into a variety of dishes. Through each recipe, I will teach participants herb basics, including how to properly store them, tips for growing herbs at home, flavor profiles, and no-waste strategies. Workshop attendees will participate in the meal creation process, picking up a plethora of kitchen techniques along the way. The final dish incorporates a DIY packaging element and can be taken home at the end of the workshop.
