If there's anything I've got on lock besides meal planning and making a delicious mint julep, it's finding an outfit that I can wear to the gym and then out and about. I absolutely have no other choice when my typical day goes something like this:

Wake up at 5:30, get dressed and hopefully have some time for coffee with Ryan before the kids wake up.

Start the crazy morning ritual of convincing one toddler to eat and the other that she's had enough to eat.

Out the door for school by 8 because they will kill each other if we linger any longer.

Drop them off at 9, race to the gym for yoga at 9:15.

Head from the gym directly to a client meeting / mastermind / solo work time somewhere I have to look presentable

Maybe have time to run an errand or two before getting the girls again at noon.

I've had to figure out how to dress for all of that, once. And I've gotten pretty darn good at it, if I do say so, myself.

I do yoga on the reg, so it's easy for me to wear shoes that are easily taken off for class and then work as an outfit later. But on days I'm hitting the weight room, I'd throw on my black gym shoes and pack the sandals in my car to change into afterward.

The second hand Teva sandals I'm wearing in these pictures are my newest obsession. I found them for $15 on Poshmark. I love how the flatform bottom gives you a bit of lift, but they're still sporty.

My tank is second hand from Abercrombie. Yoga pants are the VSX Knockout Tights from Victoria's Secret. They can be pricey if you don't get them on sale, but they can be found on Poshmark for quite a bit less ($30-$40) if you're patient. They're the only ones I ever buy because they don't shrink, they're nice and thick (no see-through issues), and they hold their shape phenomenally. The high rise is great--they compress in all the right places to make you look fab. For reference, I'm 5'9" and wear a size S. I pretty much only buy black yoga pants because they're easier to dress up than colorful ones.

To elevate this outfit even more, you could add a little gold necklace and half-tuck the tank.
