A couple of weeks ago, I took the girls to Florida. Ryan couldn't come because of work, but I set him up with his own meal plan, catered to his entry-level cooking ability and tastes. You can find that meal plan HERE! I even made him a Walmart grocery order so he didn't have to wander the store looking for ingredients.
I didn't know that he was "cooking up" (I couldn't help myself) a surprise of his own. One night while I was gone, he invited a couple of his closest friends over to cook one of the meals in the plan with him. What I thought would ensue was pure hilarity (and there's some of that, for sure). But more than that, I was mostly just floored at how thoughtful they were to document making that meal together, just so I could have some cute content for this blog. I am also super impressed at how good it looks!
When Ryan told me which meal they chose to make together (this Radish Hash / Keto Breakfast Skillet) I started to go down the normal rabbit hole... will they like it? Did I choose a good recipe to put in his meal plan? Is it guy-friendly enough? (What does that even mean?)
Ryan assured me that they all loved it, and that one of our friends, Luke, who actually did most of the cooking, mentioned that he'd like to cook a meal together more often. And that, my friends, is why I do this.
Great job, guys!
